We have a strong belief that it isn't the language that you code in or the framework in which you code, but the discipline with which you code.

Great code starts with always good documentation (comments) and good tests. We have regular peer reviews of code, and even our management on projects remains hands-on and from a technical background.

All of our code is written in a modular fashion from the front-end to the back. We always are careful about the libraries and frameworks we are using to make sure they will continue to be maintained and not be subject to a security issue that would become a liability in the future because they are not patched in a timely manner.

Finally, we leverage Cloud Services and expose APIs regularly even if the code is intended for internal consumption only.
